Shop Policies



All refunds will be given on case by case basis.
We keep our items listed as accurately as possible to give you the most information possible about the item. All items are photographed in natural light to keep the truest color possible, with minor editing. Please keep in mind computers and other electrical devices vary slightly with monitor coloring.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged we require you to contact us within 2 business days of delivery. We will require photographic proof of the damaged merchandise PLUS photographic proof of the damaged packaging.
This is not a guarantee you will get a refund, these are done on a case by case basis.

CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS will NOT be given a refund. Those sales are final however we will try our best to rectify any issues.


All items are shipped USPS.
Our average ship time for ready made items is 2-3 business days and made to order items take anywhere from 1-4+ weeks.
Please keep in mind that there are other expenses besides delivery fees that go into each delivery, packaging materials, and those will be charged accordingly. We are earth friendly people, we try to be anyway, so we do try to reuse packaging materials where we can and would never use materials that would compromise the beautiful piece you purchased.

We are not responsible for any other delivery fees that are associated with your order during delivery.

We drop all orders off personally at USPS. Once your order leaves our hands we have NO CONTROL over where it goes from there or how long it takes to get there. We do not ship with any other company besides USPS and frankly we LOVE our local postal workers and would hate to go somewhere else even if they weren’t the only ones in our small town. They work very hard to make sure your packages get to where they need to be.
